The company was then known as L’Auto- Neige Bombardier Limited. Today the company is just called Bombardier, its shares trade on the Toronto and NY stock exchanges and its revenues were US $14billion at the end of January 2007. Today they’re global leaders in the manufacture of rail equipment which includes passenger and freight cars as well as locomotive engines. They also employ over 29,000 staff worldwide.
